Well you will always have kids but apart from that no situation is permanent as life changes all the time, sometimes that's good and other times not so.
One day your children will be adults and you will have a lot more freedom and a lot less responsibility.
Thankyou so much.much appreciated💜
Hi dear Nairobian lady....we can plan for the future but we can't worry about it.When we do, we lose today. Believe in yourself and things will change when the
time is right for you. xx
Good morningYou will always have your kids, but life is always moving forward and changing. And there are always chapters and seasons throughout life. Nothing is permanent in this life. But, I have found that reading God's Word daily and praying every day helps me to find calm and peace throughout the storms of our lives. God bless you!
No situation is permanent. All we can do is plan, but life directs our steps. Most of us did not expect a pandemic to shut the world down last year, but it did. Many want to go back to "normal", but that time has passed. Perhaps a new normal is coming. Try to focus on the here and now, being present with your kids, making lasting memories by spending quality time with them. Remember, time spent worrying about the future is time stolen from your family. Prayers for peace and great memories for your kids.
Nairobian_lady make it easier for your brain to decide what to put energy into: carefully take note of the things you have right now that you love and appreciate. The future will always be unclear, so instead choose to learn from the past and the experiences of those you hold in high regard and then simply allow yourself to be driven each day toward living true to your morals and principles and only do the things you enjoy or make you happy, leaving anyone or anything that’s a net negative in your life-cut off. No responding to texts or pestering from family, kids or exes. No following a strict diet that makes you miserable daily just to look good. Nothing that doesn’t bring you immediate gratification or happiness in the moment it’s complete. What happens is you’ll be mentally preparing yourself for the most bullet proof way to ensure your future unfolds as you want it to: by slowly eliminating all the things that could negatively effect the outcomes through experiences and by taking each day one at a time and living, feeling, being in the moment(s) of joy and satisfaction you’ll be giving your brain each time you do that thing that makes you smile…..you’ll appreciate what you’ve got while you’ve got it, ultimately potentially preventing you from an even worse fate: one of regret of inaction or what might have been after it’s too late. The most certain path to a future of your liking is to adjust to or avoid all roadblocks and knowing that from there the only realistic way to be positioned best for a future outcome being a good one is by one day at a time gathering your wins, and slowly accumulating momentum along the way until your brain finally understands that the best future states are those that are loosely defined as general concepts, but never rely on an expected/desires timeline or specific outcome…….but rather focus on achieving peace, serenity, happiness, fulfillment, whatever…..it all begins and ends in our minds. Happiness will never ever come solely from an outside source, ever. Other people, places and things can certainly enhance our pleasure or lack of around and outcome, but the second your own happiness is determined by anyone or anything outside of your own mind, is the exact moment in time where all hope for a healthy mental state is forfeited.
