Hope this find you feeling improved and in less pain. I don’t know what type of pain you are in or if it is emotional or physical. I do believe you deserve peace. Please if this continues reach out to your healthcare provider and this group. It is difficult to overcome any issue when you are suffering. Please don’t suffer alone.

Hi RissaP xIt seems like you've lost your identity since having the baby.

It doesn't help having a spouse who puts you down and thinks

you do nothing all day.

Have you talked with your Gynecologist about these low and tired feelings?

Some could be hormone related as well as your home situation.

I'm sorry you are going through this as this is a most important time in bonding

with your baby.

I was always tired during the day. You need B vitamins for energy. I now take a multivitamin and an extra B121000 mugs. I feel like a different person now. Get a good woman’s vitamin from your health food store. They have the best ones.
