hey i’ve never used this app so hopefully this finds itself upon the right person. i’ve been struggling with depression for years now and mildly diagnosed anxiety.
when i say mildly diagnosed anxiety i mean i definitely know i have it but only one doctor has confirmed i have symptoms.
i can feel myself slowly falling back into my depressive habits and eating less, staying up late , losing interest in my normal hobbies etc.
i just wonder if anyone has any recommendations for any of the newfound habits i just listed or any way you guys kay use to cheer yourselves up.
