I’ve noticed that I usually sleep during the day to avoid anxiety or depression. Due to the fact that I start feel better in the early evening. Not sure why, and I’m also in a better mood.
I know it’s not healthy but usually my sleeping schedule fixes in the next few days.
But anyway. Hope you guys have a good weekend.
And if you need anyone to talk to I will be here

My husband works nights so his sleep is always messed up.
I wonder if connecting more with the sun would help in more ways than one? Let some sunlight in your bedroom. Try to get up with the sun and go to bed with the sun.
I know it’s tough. I used to feel overwhelmingly sleepy due to depression I didn’t know I had. I would turn on cartoons for my son and will my daughter to sleep so I could nap, too.
Yes my wife also wakes up at 5 am for work. I don’t know how she does it 😂
In my case I would work out and get some exercise. I’ve always been a gym guy but ever since Covid that got ruined.
I deeply feel that is more fatigue coming from my ulcerative colitis and just the enjoyment of sleeping and relaxing rather than depression.
I’ve been working hard since I was 15 years old almost never missed a day. My culture is a very hard working people. So I think that also plays a part of why Im just willing to chill in bed or the couch all day.
I do that too..Feel more alive when the sun starts going down. I've talked to a few people who've said the same thing! Strange. Hope you were able to get some rest.
