I am a mother to 5 beautiful kids, but I’m still lonely. I have mdd, gad, ptsd, bpd, bipolar and an eating disorder

I'm so sorry, wow that is a lot of stress on you! It sounds like you are seeing a Dr. Are you on meds? Are you in counseling? If you can't affortd counseling, many churches offer it free. Are you able to get out by yourself at all? Do you have support around you? If you do, take advantage of that and go to some fun classes or interested so you can meet people and widen your knowledge and horizon, like some art or music classes or group therapy and support in person, or anything that is your passion. That would be helpful for you and for your kids, since when you do something good for you, it is good for them too. A lot of church classes have day care and that would give you social and a break from the kids too. Hang in there, dear. Take care of yourself, love yourself well, take a good multi vitamin to give your body what it needs and get outside in the sun, bare foot so you can get vitamin D and also get grounded. These things are all very helpful, even in the worst of circumstances. They are the cure all, but helpful to deal with it all better. <3

I am on meds and in counseling. I don’t get out much because of my anxiety.

Sorry to hear you are lonely. Have you considered the app Companions (I think available on most app stores)?

Also, have you got any pets?

I also get Lonely and have found a local walk talk group. I also suffer from many mental health conditions and physical conditions, so I know how hard it is to get out of the house and just ..... well talk to people.

Also if you have social media there are many support groups or hobby groups to chat with like-minded people.

I hope any of that helps If not just ignore it.
