I’m not all right. Just feeling down and out. I suffer from anxiety and social phobia. I’m stuck in life and frustrated with the way I am.

Yes I’m feeling down. I suffer from anxiety and social phobia. This bring me down and I’m stuck in life. Difficult for me to reply on healthunlocked. Very frustrating for me.
