I wanted to check in with everyone. Today so far has been very challenging. I have so much anxiety and am having a hard time calming down. I have tried meditation and it helped a little. I am surprised by the anxiety because I am home and not doing anything. I have been fearful of judgement of others and feel like I am seeing it everywhere. I think it is my frame of mind today. It is very hard though to believe that. Right now I am so tired and just want to go back to bed. I do have things to do today and am angry that this anxiety is getting in the way. am so frustrated right.
Thanks for listening to me

Well, each to their own subject I suppose. There are some wellness ones. I get one on Spotify called, Wake up, Wind down whre you have soothing talk followed by some songs. Theare's one for each day of the week. Thats done by Irish people, Im Irish.
Julien le Blanc gives good straight talking motivation.
I like to listen to Joe Rogan now and again too, he interviews some interesting guests. Does a a few motivational talks himself too. I know he doesn't appeal to everyone.
I just found l gained confidence and motivation from this listening
Comedy nearly always improves my spirits.
I wish you well, and am glad you're feeling better today.
Sorry you're having issues this morning and your post is most welcome. I certainly don't mind listening in this virtual reality the Internet creates. I find myself drawn to the posts that I can relate to or have some experience with. I also have difficult mornings. I find that just having the thought and mental image of peace and ease can help. Focusing on those instead of the tension I receive when I get out of bed can slowly transform into less tension and more ease. Workdays are easier than the weekend. Workdays are busy getting ready, dealing with emails and the whatnot. The weekend is quiet.
