Thanks- I appreciate it. My anxiety has become so bad it's affecting my family, work, sleep, and other areas of my life. The constant spinning wheel of worry when I wake up and when I go to bed is hard to manage. I'd definitely be open to chatting with you sometime.

Hi Adele, How long does it take to work? I have just been put on it at 75mg per day.

Thank's. Keith.

Hi Keith I wouldn’t like to say how long it has took but the first 5-7 days I felt really sick but that soon passed I need to have something to eat whilst I’m having the tablet so u have one tablet or two a day?

Very good to "hear" good news, and from half the world away! You must be in UK or Australia "whilst" you were writing your post. :)

in reply toHearYou

Yep am in the uk England where are you from?

US "while" I read your reply. :)

in reply toHearYou

Good

We live in such an interesting world, where linguistically YOU actually speak English, but the US speaks the American language and don't even know it. But we manage to communicate anyway. :)

in reply toHearYou

Oh ok lol thought I’d wrong something wrong

Two countries divided by a common language. :)

in reply toold-soul

Have I wrote something wrong or not???

OH, no you are fine! But just showing the evolution of the English language that occurred over the years and distance, and technically according to linguists, people who live in the US speak American language.......you and folks in Australia say "whilst", which morphed into the word "while" in the US...so Old Soul was making a clever joke and "play on words."

So just enjoy the joke and smile....most people on this venue would never even notice what Old Soul did and how I knew the two places where you probably live. It's WONDERFUL! It was just one word that made that possible.....so if you see "while" in a message to you, you know where that writer lives! :)

lol no not at all. It's just a funny thing friends on opposite sides of the pond have said for years. "Two countries divided by a common languave" is an old expression. You know, in the US is you're looking for a lift, you need a ride somewhere, and I'm the UK you're looking for an elevator, or tyre vs tire ect.

I have had the privilege of working with people from all over the planet on more than one occasion and we Brits and Americans often like to goof around about different expressions.

Cheers! :P

OK. Great! What's your understanding and word for hitchhiking? Did it all over the US and Canada when young and foolish (and car...auto..less)

My husband's occupation places us on a ship every month somewhere going somewhere. My Spanish is not fluent, but my ears took a real flip when bringing a ship back from Barcelona to the US last year. Castillian Spanish and Hispanic Spanish and Cuban Spanish, throw in a little Portuguese, and I reverted to German.

My nearby church has Mass in Spanish, Portuguese and "American" language. Makes for a full day to sit through them all.....forgot Italian too.

Adios! :)

And there is that difference between a woman's room and a "lou"....in China I could tell where a native had learned his/her English. Great interest in learning the equivalent American language word for the English words that were different. Yes, I KNOW...spelled "lou" incorrectly. lol

Here in America, men don't ask their "mates" to come by and "knock them up before work" either. <chuckle> Not without getting strange looks anyhow.
