Severe brain Fog.

I've been dealing with depression for around 2 years. I have always had problems focusing on my surrounding or just focusing on anything really. The last 3 weeks have just been like what I have been dealing with but 5 x worse. It's like I can't even perceive anything more than 5 meters around me. I was just wondering if anyone has ever felt like this and if there was a remedy or a way to overcome it. It's starting to make me exhausted and anxious that I will be like this forever.

You can try herbs like guarana ginseng gingko biloba etc Dalagee which are good for circulation. I too have been like this off and on lately. Just learn to be kind to yourself. Exercise can help too - both body and mind.
