Go Outside

Whenever possible just go outdoors. Take in the fresh air. Embrace nature. Tend to your garden, walk quietly or simply sit a while. Listen to the birds. Look for the stillness. In time a calmness will take over you. Feel the difference.

Please consider those who are infirm and housebound or bed bound. I know where you are trying to come from and understand your point of view but not everyone can get up and go outside to enjoy nature.

Fresh air and freedom to roam is a wonderful thing but it is not available to everyone sadly.

I agree. I go out everyday.mom lucky I'm able to as I know some people cannot. I like being in nature seeing the trees. It helps calm me. I hate being cooped up
