Ventured outside today

Well, today is the first day since the end of November since I have left the comfort of my house granted it was only for 20 minutes or so, I went for a little drive with my wife, surprisingly I did not have a panic attack, it felt a bit weird and off because I haven't been outside in so long.

Not sure what to make of this experience.

I think the CBD oil may be helping. Still kinda skeptical about that , but maybe it's helping.

Well done, I can’t imagine how you feel, but I’d say that’s a massive step and 20 minutes is a substantial time. Wishing you peace. X
