I was feeling uncomfortable, and someone I dating used to smoke weed and his nickname is Smoke. So, I kept feeling anxiety this morning when I left the house to trade-in my laptop for a mac book pro, and I drink some cannabis medication. I think I felt sexually frustrated or something, because every time I smoke or get high its something I need to calm down and relax. And I think I saw a ghost. What is A realistic fear?

Sometimes I see shadows just in my vision. I remember when I started to drive I was going home I looked in the rear mirror and an evil looking person was sitting on the back seat, I noticed Him twice then looked back and He was gone. When I got home I was as white as a sheet, my Father asked me what was wrong, I told Him, all I got back was Him saying Rubbish !!!. I was more careful from then on not to mention anything contravercial
