Unfortunately, no one I know here is a doctor. I recommend you see one as this isn't a medical board. We can discuss anxiety, depression and their symptoms. We can talk about our experience, but we can't diagnose.

As a person with high blood pressure and vascular disease I can tell you the systolic looks fine (top number) and the diastolic looks a tad low (bottom number). Systolic is the reading as the heart beats out. Diastolic is the reading as the heart beats in. To accurately gauge blood pressure, you need three readings while at rest. It's one of the reasons the doctor makes you wait before you see them. And the readings need to be spaced apart about two minutes. The actual reading is the average of these three. One reading is not conclusive.

And you need history. I take my readings every week, try to vary the time of day and input the data into a Google sheet. After awhile I get information both me and my doctor can work from. My doctors take my BP, but then ask to see my spreadsheet as their data is not as good as mine. I have high days and low days, but they even out to a respectable number. Blood pressure changes all the time. That is why my averages are much more valuable than their readings at the office.

Health anxiety sucks. Having good information can help that.

Those readings are perfect, just what the doctor ordered. Whatever you're doing keep doing it and you'll live to be 100.Do remember that dizziness and slight balancing problems of the lightheaded variety are possibly the most common symptoms of anxiety.

If you had real vertigo which you mention you wouldn't be able to stand up so it doesn't sound like vertigo. Do talk to your doctor about this for reassurance.

Just accept the slight dizziness for the moment and carry on as normal. Agree to co-exist with it for the time being. And keep walking, even wobbly legs will get you there and back.

Before long you will lose your fears and your anxiety will disperse. When you stop frightening yourself then your nerves will lose their sensitivity and you will be fine again.

You are very wise! I had horrible anxiety after a medical issue years ago. That's exactly what happened--when I stopped worrying about the anxiety and its symptoms, it eventually went away. Also, I'd think anyone would be happy to have those BP numbers!

You discovered by chance the healing efficacy of Acceptance. Once you were willing to accept your symptoms of anxiety (for the time being) then you stopped recycling fear again and again, your over sensitive nerves recovered and the symptoms ceased. Thanks for letting us know what you achieved and how you achieved it.

Yes! It was cognitive behavioral therapy. I still can't believe I couldn't get off the couch! I pretty much had to believe that it would work. It sure did!

I’m doing the Dare response app. A stands for acceptance. And I’m having such a hard time with that. To be accepting of uncomfortable feelings. Ugh. I have made a little head way there on gut pain. But those adrenaline floods ooh boy get my nerves on edge.

Let me start off by saying I’m not a doctor or a nurse. Those aren’t low blood pressure levels. Those are actually pretty good speaking in general. It shows your heart isn’t pumping that hard to get blood to places it needs to be. I usually hover around 111/78 to 97/63 those are good numbers for me. Blood pressure numbers can’t be compared with other people. What may work for me, may not work for some. Now if you have having something posterior hypertension that’s like if you get up from a sitting position to stand up or lying down and getting up too fast gets you dizzy or you feel faint. Again doesn’t mean to cause an alarm, talk to your doctor. 9/10 it’s something that can be easily fixed. Like for low blood pressure you just probably need to drink more water and eat some Taco Bell 😂 that stuff is loaded with salt and salt elevates blood pressure. But know that your blood pressure fluctuates by things you eat.

Anxiety tends to cause a lot of issues, like other have said before dizziness, tiredness, sickness, skipped heart beats, palpitations etc.

If you are that worried about it ask your doctor for a complete work up on your heart. After you get a clean bill of health and you still feel funny. Then you now know it’s anxiety. And it’s time for some cognitive therapy to help. Cause you don’t want to become obsessed with your heart rate or BP and taking it every 15 mins scaring yourself for no good reason instead of living your life.

Ramekinsnew -

your BP is literally PERFECT.

the newest AHA guidelines call for ideal BP < 120 / < 80

as long as your diastolic stays > 60 - it's considered normal !!
