So once in a while I will get a panic attack after I’m done eating and get sleepy. So as soon as I finish eating I get sleepy and try to take a nap but when I’m falling asleep my anxiety spikes and triggers a panic attack and the sleepiness goes away. I know that these are also symptoms of Low Blood Sugar.
I have at least 5 or more symptoms that listed under the Hypoglycemia symptoms.
It happens often with a big meal or when I haven’t eaten all day.
I might have to buy a Blood Glucose Meter.

I am sorry you're experiencing this. It would make the act of eating especially stressful! Have you ever spoken to a physician about it? Maybe a Glucophage medication could help stabilize you.
I will definitely bring it up to my doctor in my next check up.
If I do have low blood sugar it will definitely help my anxiety. Although last time I had my blood tests everything was ok. My doctor said I was pretty healthy besides the Anxiety.
I'm glad you'll be able to talk to your physician. Maybe you can ask for something to alleviate the symptoms of anxiety. I know that feeling is the worst there is--there is no comparison. I know everyone works differently, but I have found that doing the cat-cow yoga stretch helps when I am having a panic attack. So does putting on a TV show on the background, just as comforting noise (I use the Office).
I already talked to my therapist and a psychiatrist and decided to just do CBT and some natural supplements for my anxiety. So far it’s been ok and coping.
But overall I’m progressing.
I would be more at ease knowing that my anxiety is caused cause of Low Blood Sugar or pressure since all the symptoms are there.
Hi A. Nice to see you again. You might get some insight into why you are sluggish after meals and also when you are hungry if you check out the Healthy Eating community here in HU. Maybe talking to your doctor again will help you. If you eat empty carbs, bread, fast food, etc., those may be the culprit. You could even have both hypo and hyperglycemia at the same time. Confusing, yes it can be. Maybe your blood glucose tests need to be redone. Bodies do change. ❤️🏄♀️
