It's a better day today, folks, so far. I'm taking one hr at a time. I am not feeling suicidal, and your responses and support helped tremendously. My new task given by a nurse and a therapist is to keep a mood and sleep log. Perhaps that will tie up my mind some and it will give my doctor something to consider when I see her on June 3rd, & it seems to be time for a medication change so that can be broached then. That's 2 wks away... I can tough it out that length of time.

I’m glad you’re feeling better today. I’m new to depression and anxiety and I’ve just started some medication a couple of weeks ago. Hoping to see some results soon, but just taking it, like you, day to day. I’m glad I found this group where I can relate to others dealing with similar issues. Hope you have a great day.

That sucks. I have to rely on state funded facilities, but I guess I get lucky. Sometimes though we have to advocate hard for ourselves. When I first got in the business of seeking mental health help for myself, I had some lousy doctors who didn't really listen to me or ask the right questions. Now I understand, thru trial and error, how to identify symptoms, express myself, and get results. Please keep forging ahead. There is help for you, I'm sure of it. 🙏
