Hello All.. wondering if there could be a weekly Zoom set up for Open Anxiety talk..

Hello all, I am a BCBA but I do have Anxiety and have found a weekly meeting with people going through the same issues helps. Does this group ever want to have a scheduled Anxiety and Depression Support Zoom Group so we could all share and get some strength from the sharing? It would have to have some reasonable perimeters but could be good to gain some strength more than in notes we leave for each other. I do know about hosting and some of the things I would want in this kind of group but would love the moderators to tell me if this could be possible.

You need to ask the mods/admins whether you could organise it on the site. To do this go into member, then admins/mods. They don't routinely read all the posts so might not see this.

However there is nothing to stop you organising this in pm if you want. Just ask who would be interested then set up a pm thread and organise it from there. This wouldn't require the backing of the site owners or anything. Good luck.

The Admin was very nice to reach out and tell me it is not allowed at this time and they will delete if we were to set something up so... in keeping with the policy and procedures I will retract my thought..

That is a shame. I have been looking for an anxiety group for open talks. Sometimes there are local web groups but it's hard to find. I am interested if anyone wants to inquire.
