I have terrible dry eyes

Has anyone here tried LumiGac? Does it work for dry eyes like what they advertised? I have to stick with computer screens about 12 hours per day and always have sudden tears. Any recommendations on any other good eye vitamins you’ve tried and had success with are highly appreciated as well. Thanks!

Rewetting drops I used for years. Now I have the start of macular degenerate disease and my eye doctor told me the best eye vitamins is AREDS 2 and I can tell a difference. I added the AREDS 2 + multi vitamin. If you smoke or every smoked cigarettes you should not take beta corrotine because it can hurt your eyes instead of help. But I would start with rewetting drops and maybe a pair of the yellow lens glasses for extended computer use. If the first step doesn't really help please see your eye doctor as they can see if it's overuse or something else going to. Good luck and gentle hugs 🤗🤗

Hi yes that's the cream I meant , it's not a topical cream for the eyes , by applying it on your body it may help your dry eyes ?

What about wearing sunglasses ?

I am familiar with the sudden tears. Your eyes are compensating for the strain. My eye doctor said to stay away from the stuff in front of the counter like visine because they are made for redness not dryness. He gave me a sample of systane. I also have computer classes. Most eye glass stores sell them. They warm the blue light and add some protection from dryness. You don’t need an RX.

Most important is to give your eyes a rest every 30-60 min. I use an app called centered to manage my day. It also works a bit like pomodoro which is another technique you can use.
