Great post !!💕I’m proud of you too alfreddy7!! We should all be proud !! Of getting through another day !! I am taking your post very seriously 😆. You made me , for one , feel great !! I should be proud of getting through another day !! I am strong , don’t give up , I love my family with a passion and I try try try . My self esteem is terrible but I’m trying to tell myself good things about myself, I’m not comfortable with thinking anything good about myself but I’m beginning to think this is key to over coming my heartache and emotional pain . alfreddy, "Mumma h" is right in that we all should be proud in getting through another day.

Each morning when I sit up in bed, I say out loud "I'm Back" with a smile. I'm ready to take

on whatever the day should hold. We are the survivors, let us be proud xx

Yesss!! We should all be proud, we have an illness that can’t be seen, an illness that’s hard for others to understand, and often cop a lot of crap for it . These people should think themselves very lucky to not go through the pain of depression we do . And yet here we all are , lifting each other up , even in our darkest moments, never judging each other and even more seriously at times keeping each other alive . I’m sooo proud of all of us ❤️😘
