Great quote, Gerrerd. The first thing I do when I get out of bed in the morning is listen to song by Jeff Beck called “I’m So Proud”. I slightly tweak the lyrics in my head....he’s singing about being proud of someone else....I hear it as me being proud of me. If you love music, Google it, put in your earphones, and it’ll make you feel good.......
So, going to listen to it - as soon as I can!

This is such an important post. Last Thanksgiving because my pharmacy did not give me my Clonozapem in time, I was going thru an involuntary withdrawal of this Med. I had to wait until Saturday because that I’d the day they said I could pick it up. I thought I was losing my mind. I laid quietly on the couch and started thinking how if my dad and his immediate family survived the holocaust, I could get thru this.

I got thru Friday night my friend picked me up and we we went to CVS picked up Med and I started to take the meds
Getting through that is definitely a reason to be proud, Shnookie. It seems cruel to me that your pharmacy wouldn’t give you just a few days worth of Clonazapam to get you to the point where you could get a refill. I know it is a controlled substance but even so. Anyway, you made it. That’s awesome.
