What a load of rubbish. Who said that? We all give likes and reply to others (well many reply) so carry on as normal and ignore it. You have not broken any online etiquette - on the contrary you are taking a full role on the site which is great.

Post, reply, and like as much as you want. Do read up though on the rules of the site. These are there to protect all of us.
