Social anxiety

Hi all, I'm living in extreme pain of having a social anxiety. Any body with the same condition, whom i can talk to.

I would have it to a small degree. Major effort to go to the shops. Afraid to look at people. Afraid of people 's opinions and judgement. What form does yours take.

I do walk but sort of use my dog and earphones as a barrier. Today I am going on an online support group called turn2me, but the group I picked is for people who are feeling down. I booked my session for 2pm. They also have an anxiety group.

I have also recently signed up for an online creative writing group based locally to me, but hope I won't be out of my depth. I'm truly afraid of judgment, because I've been wrongly judged lots
