Engaging in Panic

I think what triggered my recent panic attack was the lack of sleep, tiredness and caffeine.

I’m debating if I should continue to do that so my mind can get used to it and be easier to control my anxiety.

Hi. It’s Shnookie. Sorry 😐 U had a panic attack. Perhaps U should speak to your doctor do U go to a therapist ? R U onmeds ? Do U drink power drinks full of caffeine ora a lot of coffee or caffeine pills.

Too much caffeine can make U jittery 😬
