Anxiety and BPD

Hi. Seem to have spent most my life suffering from anxiety which has on occasions made me very depressed. Diagnosed with Social Phobia many years ago, which I successfully conquered, only to then be diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder. Just about getting on top of it when recently diagnosed with Pulmonary Fibrosis so just trying to keep my thoughts rational at the moment. Just wanted to say hello. 😀

I understand where your coming from and its a battle to deal with anxiety itself and add on other things and some people just don't get it. It's discouraging and depressing. Are you on meds for anxiety ?
