so last night i had a fight with my parents and it really angered me and i ha a self harming episode and I'm so like raging and angry because my moms still texting me horrible message and abusing me

Please speak to someone close to you about what's going on. You are welcome to vent here anytime you need but this sounds like a serious situation that needs human interaction. You do not deserve to be abused. You are loved.
