And my head is throbbing since 1 Am. I really I really hate my sinuses.

I hate having to take Tylenol or any other sinus relievers.

My head has been throbbing too these past few days. I can sympathise. Anti-inflammatory pills can help. Also heating up a wheatbag and placing it over your face can be so soothing. Take care Alfreddy x

Is it allergies? I started doing a sinus rinse and it worked wonders.

Give a massage on your cheeks and around your ayes.

Also, put to a boil some water and put inside some spoons of vicks vaporub.

The vapors will spread around your place and you will be able to breath a bit more.

Naturals teas are very helpful. Ginger tea with lemon and a bit of honey help to eliminate sinusitis, cold, and any infection on your throat.
