Anyone else struggling with kickstarting good habits like diet and exercise? The cold always demotivates me. I could do it before because going to a studio meant being around other people and motivating teachers. Hot yoga was like an escape in the winter. Now turning on a video or livestream is so hard. So then eating right is hard because I’m feeling lethargic due to less exercise and then the weight gain follows. I like sweating and feeling that healthy soreness but the videos just aren’t as challenging I guess.

Way to go Blueruth 👍. Nothing is like a healthy diet and workout routine. I love hot yoga as well. I think we all know what’s healthy and what not. Just a little awareness and discipline to stay on track. I just don’t stock up my cabinet and fridge with unhealthy food so I won’t be tempted to consume.😅

Oh I’m not on track though. The only reason I have healthy meals is because I order from a healthy meal service and I have a whole slew of quick breakfasts I love. But I’m also eating too much ice cream and not exercising hardly at all. I know yoga well enough to design my own practice and there is a good open space with a hill next to me but I just can’t get motivated.

Very nice you get healthy food service. Oh boy u have sweet tooth with ice cream there 😅 Hmmm motivation, some nice tune of music perhaps? and don’t think, like Nike said just do it? 🤣😂👍

Trying! Definitely lucky to be able to do that though they don’t have enough variety to keep it for more then three months. As I get older and recognize I have less time I find the need to pay for services like that.

But I will go back to PlateJoy where they basically plan the meal and shopping list according to my preferences and I shop and cook. Inexpensive way to develop a healthy diet.
