I feel sometimes I am doing great and then a day comes up that I am realy down or anxious. It's not any particular reason, except maybe stressing over the past week. It's hard to feel good for awhile and then hit a brick wall. I try to distract myself myself I get like this but it seems I just need to let the feelings flow and will be ok. I think I try to accept anxiety but sometimes it really noisy and I feel like it won't calm down.

Ups and downs
I totally understand that . Much kindness and support 🙏
I really connect to your post. I've felt the same way many times. Sometimes I try and find time alone, in the quiet, to really focus on what may be at the root of my anxiety or depression. It can be really confusing and upsetting when you feel fine one day and then the next not so much. It doesn't always work but sometimes I'm able to figure out what thoughts or events might be responsible for the depression or anxiety. I even write down those things and it helps me feel like I have purged them from my mind. Maybe you can try that too. I hope you'll feel better soon.
That depression, mood swing up and down. Sometimes accepting it makes things better but sometimes it can be too noisy. What you are describing here is the chemical imbalance in our brains that comes from depression and it affecting our emotions and lack of activity. When all these symptoms kicks in, I just sit and relax and let them flow bcz I know what causes them. Sorry, you are feeling like that.
There are several ways to cope with regular anxiety. Firstly, I would suggest just talking to a psychiatrist to see if there is a medication that might help with the problem. Counseling along with medication is a very good way to combat panic attacks. As a victim of anxiety, I'd say you find your own methods. I've found that breathing techniques are my jam.
Although I also loved playing drums or maybe exercising intensely at the moment if possible is really great and gives you a boost of energy and makes you feel really good.
Also, there's music, listening to something calming, or maybe something really fast and raw (depending on your feelings at the time). mangoclinic.com/top-60-musi...
I do regularly see a therapist and take xanax as needed. I don't always take it when I should. She suggests that I work on relaxation exercises and music is great. Thank you.
Yeah guynfl2chat your post really resonates with me too. Well said. Journalling, walking, reading and videogames (in that order) seem to be the things that help me most.Prayers bro.
