Did anyone find himself/ herself having SUCH an ill opinion about himself/herself so he/she would continue doing things the wrong way/ wrong things just to assure he/she is good for nothing and ALL he/she does is wrong?

Doing wrong things to confirm a bad opinion about yourself
It all follows a well worn track, it can be normal with many sufferers it is important we learn to be more positive in our actions and fears

It's not that I do things the wrong way. For me it's when I do something wrong I can't forgive myself. Do find myself not trying to do better because I have convinced myself it won't make a difference. Want to, trying to change that and see if it's true or not, not an easy task
Humans are cratures of habit. Though making a habit of chewing glass sounds stupid, majorly depressed people that had had depression for a _very_ long time tend to lapse right back into that familiar, low key depressive hum because it brings them a sense of closure. I believe that type of behaviour bears a close resemblance to self-mutilation. Allthough that is my opinion.
Are you with me?
I m leaving, thx for everything!
