*** Possible Trigger *** ( Delete post if necessary)

Does anyone listen to Nirvana or other bands like The smiths.

I know a lot of People can’t listen to then cause of the nature of the lyrics but I do enjoy a lot of their music.

I’m a sucker for Classic rock.

Led Zeppelin

The Doors

Pink Floyd

And Many

I like the Foo Fighters, Nirvana, Queen, Muse. I like a lot of soft rock too like INXS, Fleetwood Mac, David Bowie, R.E.M.

Have you been to many gigs/concerts?

Biggest concert I’ve been to is Avenged Sevenfold opening up for Metallica. The stadium was packed to the gills. I never got to see any of the older bands but I always used to go to cover bands before Covid.

Im also a big David Bowie fan. I have ziggy stardust tattooed

Love Pink Floyd and David Bowie. I have been to see them both live twice. I was also a massive Beatles fan and saw Paul Mcartney in Wings with Linda Eastman.

Those are some of the greatest.I do love a lot of bands from the 2nd British Invasion

I'm into ska and punk but I do like some rock, Marillion are one of my fave bands, pink Floyd are excellent, some 80s stuff is good too.

I've been to a lot if gigs, U2 being the biggest, I went to see a band that I wasn't a big fan of, they turned out to be the best I've seen live, that was OMD, my favourite band ever is Madness..

There was a time I tried to listen to ska and Ska-punk. But no one really told me any good bands. I think 80’s is definitely the best music ever.

I’ve been trying to listen to some reggae

in reply toalfreddy7

Yes 80s is deffo the best.

Madness, bad manners, the selecter, the specials, the beat.

What reggae bands are you trying?

I also saw U2, round about 1985, also did like Madness and OMD

in reply toRoxylox

I'd love to have seen U2 in 85 or before, I think their music was better then. I saw them about 12 years ago.

Gilda Radner - SNL 😅

I like a little bit of everything. Nirvana was amazing until Kurt Cobain did what he did. Guns and Roses have some great songs. As you can tell I am definitely into the Goo Goo Dolls, I just like to call them the Goos. I happen to be a woman and I still like Madonna, not that I like everything she does, I just love how daring she is. Currently I really like Keith Urban and his Speed of Now album .
