I really enjoy medicine songs, here is a website where you can find a variety: sacredvalleytribe.com/medic...

Here you can find songs for healing and feeling good, they have songs in English and Spanish.

I Also like a lot music from Shimshai, here is his you tube website : youtube.com/channel/UCwvHJ0...

And Xavier Rudd, here is You Tube site: youtube.com/channel/UCar5Sr...

Hope this helps.

Try listening to instrumental music and concentrating on just the beat. Sometimes that works for me.

The music from back then is probably better than alot of the stuff today

Any kind that makes you feel good. Sing along even if you cant sing any music has a flow to it. Let if flow thru you, let it take you away. Alot of old motown, a beatiful world by louis armstrong.
