I just wanted to share this with you all because music is so uplifting to me and this song makes want to get up and move! My taste in music has no genre. I just love good music. This might be retro for a lot of you, but I don't think that way.I hope you enjoy it!
Music is definitely therapeutic for me. I work 3 PM - Midnight shifts Mondays - Fridays as a concierge- receptionist at a Senior living community. All different types of music get me thru the last hours of my shifts. Also in the U.S. We have PBS - Public TV - I have watched Music specials throughout the years from the three tenors - Pavarotti, Domingo and Carreras to Doo Wop that have brought me great joy 🤩
I use You Tube. I place my iPhone in the drawer next to my desk. So it won’t disturb anybody who walks by. Hearing Pavarotti sing Nessun Dorma to a live audience makes my night.
Thank you 🙏 for the info. I’ll check it out. Also check out Mario Lanza - popular singer in the 1950’s. Was an unbelievable singer with an operatic voice.
As usual you have excellent taste. Brings back memories of watching Soul Train as a teenager and listing to all of the great soul singers who came on the show.
In L.A., Soul Train was the go to Saturday afternoon Music show. I attempted to copy some of the dance steps lol 😂. I remember seeing KC and the Sunshine Band. The dancing trumpeters were unbelievable. Even Elton John appeared on Soul Train.
It was incredible. With his Love Unlimited Orchestra! And his silk hanky - he was sweating like I've never seen in my life! And I just wanted to give him a towel 🤭 But it was out of this world! Will never forget that or Pink Floyd!!
