No they were supposed to come here for her birthday. And once again they cancelled. I had some frozen apple tarts for them. I never know when they'll show up so I try to be ready. I got hurt then I got mad then I ate apple tarts. lol food therapy. Never fails. 🤣

There is actually a chemical in chocolate that is a mood elevator. That's why when you have your period you crave chocolate. Your body knows what it needs. Or so I tell myself. 😜
