DBS, good or bad thing?

I've decided to take the plunge on dbs, the meds don't work much anymore and side effects are kicking my butt. it's been 7 yrs since diagnoses, unbelievable suffering everyday. Your thought's, pros and cons, warnings, tips , suggestions, secrets ect.

I looked on Web MD for this - deep brain stimulation ? I read that it’s in the experimental stages re surgical treatment R U aware of the possible side effects such as seizures. I’m Shnookie. I’m here 4 U

Have U discussed this your therapist, neurologist ? I don’t want U to suffer, just do your research b4 U make a decision such as this.
