The one good thing out of my miserable day of crying worrying and fear of impending doom feelings is I did Yoga and Pilates with my 12 year old son... it was precious to me ...we used to do yoga together when he was about 4 years old... he’s such a blessing... all my children are... I live for them...

I have heating pads for the arthritis in my hips everywhere I go. My car seat even heats up. I’m so spoiled. ☺️

It was terrible. My body and mind were just filled with anxiety. I’m at home now, got through it. I feel like no one understands me and I know there was no real danger but it seemed like it, It seemed I couldn’t enjoy myself... but I did my best... well on to the next test I guess.
Oh no that's terrible...how I feel for you... I don't think anyone who doesn't deal with some sort of mental issue can get it...like giving advice on being a parent when you have no children...ya know what I mean?

Oh just think being in the kitchen together throwing down..what a good time we would have...oh yep the spinach pie would not hit the table and I have a mouth that can only handle hot food, no problem for me...I might just make some noise woofing it in but you won't mind!
Do you do any canning? I love to can just about everything..make a real tasty chili sauce, salsa, pumpkin butter..well the list goes on and on...you get the idea being a chef!

It still and forever will be kissing my family goodnight. Evenings are peaceful for me and even though my girls are 18 (home from college for the holidays) and 15, this is precious time whether they are sleeping or not. And for those of you in the UK, one of my 15 year old’s Xmas gifts was tickets to see Harry Styles of One Direction in Denver this summer. She literally cried. That image will forever be imprinted in my memory. Family will always be my “good thing” and the reason I continue to fight this beast❤️❤️❤️
