So much better. Right now biggest issue is the weather. Should always be so easy. lol I just read a good article about insomnia. He listed some things to help. Exercise, relaxation, deep breathing. The editor's note said "Tom is sleeping better but now has a new impediment to good nite's sleep. He just had a baby. Hmm. Seems the exercise, relaxation & deep breathing were good for something.
