What do people that can only afford once a month therapy sessions do if they need more help but can’t afford it? I can’t pay that much and have a deductable.

Hi friend, therapy can get quite expensive over time. Depending what the problem is, you can usually find a therapy video on YouTube. There are many that are done by qualified psychiatrists, psychologists and therapists. Once a month isn't enough and so continuing with therapy over the internet is not only free but beneficial. xx
