Anxiety, Fear & Depression

Hi, I have become super anxious and depressed, living with Lupus, Pulmonary Fibrosis and Sjogren's three life altering chronic illness and isolation due to Covid is about to send me over the edge. I am afraid that this will start to effect my performance at work. I am just terribly sad and happy that I found this group where I can get and give help. It truly feels like everyday is groundhogs day. I worry about the PTSD that hit the world once Covid is out of control.

Welcome here! I can only imagine how hard it is to live with those. Covid-19 is definitely not helping matters any, that is true. I think the worst is not knowing when things will get back to normal.

Hi. Been experiencing high anxiety due to health issues..

You certainly have a lot to cope with.. And holding down a job as well sounds super hard... Hope things improve for us all..
