Feeling pretty low, waiting for the extra dose of Lexapro to kick in.

Started guided meditation on YouTube yesterday. Not too long, 10-15 minutes. I did feel better afterwards. Do any of you do something like that?

Kinda meh. Taking extra doses of medication, hoping it will kick in soon! Then I can par-TAY 🥳
