have had depression since my 20s and I am almot 50 You have probably got your

self worth and identity on something or someone. This means that your self and thia someone or something became one. When problems happen with this someone or something, your ego ( identified self) perceive this as a threat and start doing all sort of things with your body.. u name it .. depression, anxiety, OCD, etc... .

First, this identified ego is not you. This is your mind which took over your thoughts and emotions out of false perceptions. Most probably, root causes come from childhood traumas.

Listen to Echart Tolle teachings pr David Hawkins. It will help .. hopefully.. if you are ready
