I love anxiety (sarcasm). I was doing a presentation and right before it, I got anxiety, my face turned red, i couldn’t Breathe that well and I was shaking. my voice was shaky too. this darn presentation was on zoom & i still get bad anxiety. i think it’s worse in person tho. idk when attention is on me, i get anxiet y

We are all human but give yourself a lot of credit for getting up there in the first place that kind of stuff isn’t easy for anyone

Hi honeynectar, quite common for most people giving a presentation. With anxiety issues it's starts long before the talk itself. That's when it's important to bring down those shoulders, take a deep breath and exhale slowly several times in preparing yourself to be on camera.

Someone once told me that no one knows how you really feel. The thing is after you relax for a moment, you enter the room or the shot play acting. After you do this enough times, it becomes more natural. Yes, people are looking at you and wondering how does she do it?

How can she be so relaxed and confident in what she is saying. People are always so into themselves that they really aren't watching to criticize you or to judge you.

Smiling as well as pauses help in relaxing your nerves. The thing about today is that you did it. Anxious or not, you put anxiety in it's place and went "on with the show" lol

I'm proud of you. Embrace yourself for doing what was necessary. :) xx
