Fear is a vital response to physical and emotional danger that has been pivotal throughout human evolution, but especially in ancient times when men and women regularly faced life-or-death situations. Fear is a natural phenomenon and we don't have control over it. If you convince yourself not to fear a thing you cannot get over that feeling all of a sudden. I does take time. The form of fear is phobia. There are many approaches to conquering fear. Phobia is a kind of fear, yes, but it's way stronger. It can cripple aspects of a person’s life and trigger physical health complications. Even though we have nothing to fear, still we fear certain things.
