I’m sorry to hear you’re struggling so much with anxiety. Are you seeing a therapist or have talked to your doctor? (I’m just asking because I might be able to give you better advice or ask you better questions if I know)
The doctor will be able to help you more than you think. I think it’s a good start and being able to talk to someone about it should give you some hope that it can get better. Which it can, I promise.
It is sad that you are going through this feeling. Depression and or enxiety can just change the mood in an instant. Are you seeing a Profesional about this? Is there anything you are doing about it like exercises and all? Sorry to ask these questions, it just that sometimes enxiety can be triggered by something or a lack of not doing something that maybe should be done.
