Extreme weight loss & muscle pain from Efexor

Hi all

Could someone please tell me how to wean off the very last tiny tablet that's inside Efexor capsule? I've been taking 75mg for 15yrs and been pulling the capsule apart and slowly taking less over the months. This evil tablet has sent me to hell. I lost a stone in a week but went back on part of the capsule to regain the weight and stop the muscle pain in the back of my calves. My psychiatrist suggested dissolving the tablet in water and weaning that way. I'm not sure how to stop the muscle pain as I'm already on 160mg am and pm Oxycontin.

I am on Effexor and I have lost a lot of weight from it and from a breakup. Lately I’ve been eating a lot more though. I take 150mg.

Did the weight loss coincide with the breakup? I know some people put on weight whilst on antidepressants. I did and as I was under weight I didn't mind.
