Muscle jumping and pain in chest and dizziness

Its two days straight and the muscle in my left arm keeps jumping when ever I'm still or focusing on anything I'm getting a weird feeling in my chest and I'm unusually dizzy with eye and head movement even when lyeing down.

Are you on new meds. I used to get twitching and tremors with some. Are you having an episode of anxiety or panicking attack? If you have never had this before I would see a doctor,especially with heart sensations. Sometimes with extreme stress your nervous system gets overloaded and can cause eye movements, shaking, rapid heart rate and hyperventilation. If you are not stressed and still have these symptoms please have it checked out.

Ive been having them months but on and off like 2 times a month. I checked with the doctor they say everything is OK. But when it comes all together I get a little scared

I've been in the medical field as a emt for 25 years and I would say if not having a nervous episode at the time, check with another doctor. I don't know your age or weight but both can make a difference. Have you had lab work done? Maybe it's a low blood sugar insulin issue.

I havent checked my sugar over the pass month but I will do so
