Anyone in a relationship and find themself really insecure? I don’t know if it’s my anxiety making me as insecure as I am or if I’m just insecure without the anxiety and it’s affecting the way I feel in my relationship

Hi! Well that's a great question to ask yourself. Go within and find your answer. Do you feel insecure in other relationships? If your partner makes you feel insecure then that's not the right partner for you. Is he or she good to you? Do they use supportive words? Are they supportive or do they say mean things to you?

Anxiety will absolutely make you insecure with relationships. You may be insecure without it, but for sure, with it.Can you talk to your partner about it? Communication is important.
