I felt bad when I went to a pharmacy that I really like because it sells natural products and they did not return my money π° when I told them that it caused migraine , and that I did not know about it.
I am very conscious about my money, and although it is not a large amount ... as I said I like to be aware of every expense. I had previously chatted with someone about the problem, but when I got to the store I forgot to tell them that I had talked π£ to someone to see if I could change it.
I also understand that everyone made mistakes... I also understand that returns are not accepted for the COVID thing ... but I still think π π€ that the person could still accept the item and obviously discard it later

So you made a mistake. You're human. I know all to well about beating yourself up though, since I do it too.Try this:
What advice would you give to a friend who told you the same thing? I bet you would tell them that it's okay and to not beat themselves up. This compassion is so hard to transfer to ourselves, so it takes practice.
I said that maybe I should try to mix that pea based milk with water π§ because has a strong flavor... like baby formula. And from that way maybe wouldnβt cause migraine
