Hi everyone! I’ve taken a big step for me anyway in joining this community. I am looking for away to help improve my mental health and if I can help anyone along the way that would great. We are living in uncertain times and I hope to find a way through supporting each other. When feeling low, sad or unmotivated. Or racing thoughts, not being able to switch off , feeling uneasy.
