long story- i value the 5 that do all the work every group every time- the celbs are out talking and gabbing

the workers are the unsung tractors

v the sport cars

as a tractor im ver protective of those who show up and help

the contibutors not the takers

my father was an educator but a sargent in the war

his lesson was to not force eveyone to be the same but

find each ones skils and use that-

each guy had their aptitude and valued for wha5 5hey could do notwha5 5hey coudlnt
