Need some therapy help for a friend! Emergency!

I have a friend who’s going through a BAD time in her depression. Multiple suicidal thoughts this week. She has state insurance so it’s been hard I get a therapist. She had a appointment today (1/22) which had already been rescheduled from December. Yesterday they called her and told her they need to reschedule AGAIN for the end of February!! She can’t wait that long. Does anyone live in Southern California in the SG or SF valley that knows of a therapy clinic that’s takes state insurance and have decent people ?? I have been really her only support system and it’s definitely taking its toll. But I want to do what I can.

Also you could get her to join health unlocked! It helps having the support of others who know what it’s like

Thank you I appreciate that! I did find that number and gave it to her as well. Yeah I’ve mentioned it. I kinda wanted to get a little familiar with it before I give her a more solid suggestion to join.

Sounds scary and I’m wondering if she could check in to a hospital that treats depression. I had trouble recently and.l checked myself into hospital emergency room in tears. It had a wonderful psychiatric department that I stayed in for a week. Doctor saw everyone each day while he got our medication changed and may have saved my life !!I hope she can go in patient somewhere like I did since it was sooo helpful
