You ought to flow with Life. Getting lost in anxiety and worry can result in becoming someone who stands still in life. I have an old metal sign I’ve hung up it says ‘Dear Brain Please Shut Up’ I bought it at a flee market, a wonderful short and to the point reminder. It’s been known to get quite noisy in my brain. 😂
